A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the outside provider that operates that result service. Our servers do not retain a copy of those entries. If you contact us, the message itself supplies the information we use to respond.

Links lead to county and state portals, archives, library collections, and outside search services. Each destination’s own privacy terms govern information submitted there. Sponsored results are likewise provided by an outside company.

Safeguards and Retention
The site uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the operational purposes described here. No user accounts exist, so the site does not keep visitor passwords or account profiles.

Government records held by New Jersey, Mercer County, or Ewing Township are outside our control, and requests about those records belong with the custodian.
